Story
I’m Mekhael Ruaya, a Workforce Management professional, technology enthusiast, and independent builder from the Philippines.
My professional background is in workforce scheduling and planning, where I work with data, people, and systems to make operations more efficient. Over time, this experience has shaped how I approach problems: understand what isn’t working, find a practical solution, and keep improving it.
Outside my professional work, I enjoy exploring technology, web development, automation, and software development. I’m particularly interested in building tools that simplify everyday tasks and make technology more useful and accessible.
I’m also the person behind Maknitive, a personal technology brand where I explore ideas, develop applications, and turn practical problems into software projects.
Beyond technology, I enjoy writing, learning new things, traveling, and discovering different perspectives. I believe there’s always something worth understanding, whether it’s a new place, an unfamiliar idea, or a problem nobody has solved quite right.
I don’t claim to know everything. I prefer to keep learning, experimenting, and building things that are genuinely useful.
